Bada Bing asks: Advice Please – I need a pot plant for my garden which has impact appeal?
Wonder if you can help, I am looking for a compact plant with good structure and is fully hardy for my garden in North Yorkshire England.

I used to have a low growing fully hardy palm but abnormally strong winds killed it off, i am open minded with regards to your suggestions being a flowering plant or one with foliage beauty only.
